Who we are
We have been in business since 1975 in several incarnations. Over the years we have changed with the times and demands of the current market place. We have built in plats next to premium Bellevue, Kirkland & Redmond area builders. We have taken on custom projects and we have speculated in the marketplace when it made sense. It is no problem for us to navigate the nuances of even the most challenging local municipalities.
We’ve built homes as small as 1,000 sq ft and larger than 6,000 sq ft. in a wide range of contemporary, traditional, victorian & craftsman styles. Most recently we have become excited about the modernist home movement since we believe these homes are generally more efficient and striking than some of the more recent traditional designs. Currently, the market is gravitating towards smaller, more affordable homes with unique style. Ultimately the decision is up to you. We have several designers who specialize in all of the various styles as well as local resources for the most popular stock plans you have seen around our area.
We never overcommit. We are dedicated to bringing you a personal level of service that you won’t find with other similar contractors. As a result, we only take on a limited number of projects every year so you will never get lost in the shuffle.
